He has been a Sr. Pastor for more than 30 years and is a Bible teacher of both Old Testament & New Testament, specializing in Salvation, Bible Prophecy, living the Christian life and also marriage counseling. He has been the Pastor of Silver Lake Baptist Church for the past 24 years and is currently helping men, women, boys, and girls to trust Christ as their Savior and find the will of God for their lives.

Kathleen Milano is the wife of Pastor Milano for 43 years, a mother and grandmother. She trusted Christ as her Savior more than 40 years ago. She is currently teaching women in several small groups. Her Sunday morning class at 10:00 am teaches women, single and married, principals of the Christian life. Following the instructions of Titus 2, that the older and mature women teach the younger mothers and wives to love their husbands, children and to serve the Lord. Her practical insight, wisdom, and counsel has helped many women in their lives, marriages, and relationship with Christ. She also teaches a mid-week Bible study for women and is the director of the children's nursery ministry.
